He was admitted to the<br \/>Florida Bar in 1980.<br \/>David began his practice at a civil litigation firm, handling both Circuit<br \/>Court and Workers\u2019 Compensation cases. In 1993 he founded his own<br \/>firm, specializing in workers\u2019 compensation and employment related<br \/>litigation. Although his 45-year practice consisted primarily of<br \/>representing defendants, employers, and carriers, he always enjoyed<br \/>representing injured workers when given the opportunity to do so. He<br \/>was well known for his depth of case preparation and creative and<br \/>compelling legal arguments. He has been AV Rated by Martindale-<br \/>Hubbell since 1990. David has received his certification from the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator.<\/p><p>David has been a sought-after speaker for over 30 years on a wide range of<br \/>topics. He was a founding speaker of the<br \/>WCCP Adjuster Board Certification Course on the crucial and<br \/>challenging topics of compensability, course and scope; and arising out of<br \/>employment.
